Two men of Uygur Nationality put the crusty pancakes together at a workshop in Hami, northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, May 17, 2008. Many local people of Uygur Nationality rushed to make pancakes for quake-hit Sichuan Province in southwest China these days.
